A quick check in due to getting off loaded from a flight. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Front line staff very good. We used in house washing machine and it was very useful. Gratis tea at the lobby is good. Most of all we enjoyed dinner at the outside cozy steak house. We thank the hotel for the free airport shuttle. Keep up the good work.

Breakfast was great, loved the sandwich in brioche bun and the bits of fruit. Great coffee, a super breakfast! I mainly chose the Sandman because I really liked the Moxie's Restaurant and recalled staying with family in the Vancouver airport location 20 years ago, and other stops over the years. The price was always great and the stay was top notch.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. It was easy to access the room, due to the lifts (elevators!) being large and centrally located on all levels. The staff members at the Reception were really good and very helpful, so kudos to them!

The people. Sandman employs EXCEPTIONAL people on the customer service end. Reception was so courteous and kind, even though it was midnight when I checked in. Our shuttle driver was also just as friendly

Staff were exceptional! Pleasant and helpful at check in, allowing for a late checkout due to us arriving after midnight. Maintenance staff assisted to access a suitcase with a broken zipper. All the staff encountered were friendly and helpful .

The pool was great, but unfortunately, some other guests were not as courteous using the pool. Splashing my granddaughter who has autism in the face and myself. Screaming running around the pool doing cannonballs.

The room was large and nicely furnished We were close to elevator We had a nice view from our room There was no noise and we enjoyed a quiet stay The bed was comfortable They were very accommodating with the airport shuttle and gave me a ride to the airport to meet my guest and picked us up from the airport to return to the hotel

The staff behind the front desk were extremely helpful. They were polite, kind and quick to work out any issues. I was having an issue with my credit card, and they were glad to assist finding another method. They watched my bags for me when I went to get coffee. They smiled and said good morning. The staff in the attached restaurant were also lovely. Everyone in a good mood; positive vibes.

No breakfast was included, but for the price our stay was great. There were many airplanes going over, but we were tired and they didn't keep us awake. We live near the airport in Saskatoon and love airplanes! The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was a decent stay for a night; the facilities were good and the stay was convenient. We were a little surprised to know that the hotel was not a few steps from the airport, as they had claimed to be, but the hotel was accommodating enough to send us the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, even though it was past midnight.
